Panthers and Prop Struts: dealing with the variety of life!

EP71 Replacing a BROKEN PROP STRUT! - https://youtu.be/DT2Ll27WSAk

Hey everyone, it's been quite a week aboard the Spoondrifter. We've been busy helping friends, fixing up the boat, and dealing with a few unexpected twists along the way.

We started off by lending a hand to some friends who needed to get their boat back in the water. It's always great to help out fellow sailors and be part of such a supportive community.

Then, it was back to our own boat for some much-needed maintenance. We tackled a bottom job, working hard to make sure everything was shipshape for our upcoming adventures.

The kids kept us entertained with their wild imaginations, including a tale about a supposed panther in the campground. It's moments like these that remind us why we love the life we have.

We also faced a challenge with a cracked prop strut, but with teamwork and determination, we managed to realign it and get everything back in working order.

And just when we thought things couldn't get any more eventful, we had a little mishap with our trailer. But thanks to the kindness of our sailing community, we were able to quickly resolve the issue and even turn it into a fun gathering with friends.

Looking ahead, we've got more repairs to tackle and plenty of adventures on the horizon. But no matter what comes our way, we're ready to face it together as a family.

Until next time, fair winds and smooth sailing!
